Yuck- inside turns black after a while

I purchased 2 bottles of this for both bathrooms I use- and both of them turned back inside the top of the pump thing within a few weeks. Yuck, I contacted Olay and have yet to hear from them. DO NOT Buy this, I think its the design of the pump / bottle not the product that needs to be changed.
