A good moisturizer for normal to dry skin

Like many Asian women, I am always on the quest for fairer skin. I have no freckles, but sometimes have blemishes I want to lighten. For these two reason, I tried this product. However, I didn't find this product effective in lightening/brightening/smoothing my complexion at all. So, I would not recommend it as a brightening product.

However, it is a decent moisturizer; it's more fluid than creamy so very easy to spread and does not feel sticky or heavy at all. Note that this product is recommended for normal to dry skin; those with combination and oily skin may experience a mini breakout with it like I did.
