Average moisturizer - not strong enough during win

An average moisturizer that offers great SPF protection. Although the product itself is creamy and rich (just need a few dabs), it is not moisturizing enough for my dry cheeks during the winter. It starts out great in the AM, but by PM, my cheeks gets flaky as the moisture level drops. Also does not smell very good. Don't have a burning sensation, but have noticed occasional redness in various spots.
