Parents Sue Crocs After Child's Foot Is Maimed in Escalator
The family of a child whose foot was maimed in an escalator accident at the Atlanta airport is suing Crocs Inc., saying the Colorado-based footwear company failed to put safety features in the soft-soled shoes.

should we cheer for the parents (and the lawyer) or pay sympathy to the shoe company.. anyway best luck to the
child.

Poor children. Although perhaps many of the accidents may be partially attributed to parents not watching
their children, the recurring incidents imply the shoes themselves are also flawed and accident-prone. Need
to re-evaluate their design!
